Remove the cap from its packaging. Be careful not to tear or puncture it.
Hold the cap by its edges where the elastic is located. You will notice that it is pleated or folded.
Place the cap at the back of your head, then carefully pull it over your hair, ensuring all your hair is tucked in. The elastic edge should sit comfortably around your head, securing the cap in place.
Adjust the cap as necessary to ensure it covers all your hair, including any sideburns, bangs, or stray hairs.
The cap should fit securely but not too tightly. It should completely cover your hair but not restrict your circulation or cause discomfort.

Doffing clip caps

First, make sure your hands are clean. If possible, wash your hands with soap and water or use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer.
Using your fingertips, gently lift the elastic band from the back of your neck. Avoid touching the outside of the cap as it could be contaminated.
Once the elastic band is lifted, gently remove the cap by lifting it off your head. Make sure you do not touch your face or hair during this process.
After removing, immediately dispose of the cap in a designated waste bin. Do not reuse a disposable clip cap.
Once the cap is disposed of, clean your hands again using soap and water or hand sanitizer.

A: Disposable caps are used in medical, beauty, food, and daily life. It is an very common product, however, few people know how to choose the right size. Today we will show how we measure the size of disposable hats after we produce them.

First, measure the length of the cap. Pull both ends of the cap with your hands to the maximum length (be careful not to use too much force, in case to break the elastic), and then measure the stretched item against a ruler or measuring tape to get the size. For disposable crimp caps the most common size is 21’’, also can be 19’’, 23’’, 24’’ as request.

Then measure the breadth of the cap. Open the crimped cap, find the middle position of the 2 sides and pull it to the maximum, and then measure the stretched item against a ruler or measuring tape to get the size. Usually the breadth should be about 45cm.
