What’s the difference between the dust mask and the respirator?
First, the dust masks are not NIOSH approved, however, the respirator is NOISH approved and will usually be marked with a clear label to show that it meets NIOSH standards.
Second, the dust masks are usually worn to protect the person from dusts in normal works or daily use, while the respirator is usually for occupational use.
