The following are our efforts to ensure product quality:
1. Order fabric from professional fabric supplier
Ordering materials from professional suppliers is the basis for ensuring product quality. Non-woven fabrics seem to be simple products, but the quality varies widely. Although we know how to detect and distinguish the quality of fabrics, reliable and professional fabric manufacturers can provide us with more effective quality assurance. Professional fabric factories have sound quality control procedures, rich production experience, and the ability to deal with problems.
2. Test first, store later
When the fabric arrives at workshop, QA will check whether the fabric meets our quality requirements. Warehouse will arrange for receipt and storage of fabrics only after they got quality inspection report from QA department.
Dedicated QA department responsible for the quality of products throughout the production process. During each step of the production, QA department checks whether the coveralls produced meets the product quality requirements. And we also will provide the test pictures & videos to clients. Finished products will only be stored in warehouse after they got quality inspection report from QA.
3. Arrange third party inspection
We will provide quality test report to clients before the delivery. And clients also could ask third party agent come to do inspection before loading the goods.
