Preparing samples is actually not that easy.
If the sample the customer needs is a regular style, and we happen to have it in stock. Then it is very easy, we just need to check whether the quality of the sample meets the requirements, and arrange to send it out.
If there is no sample of the same style and quality as the customer's request in stock, then special arrangements need to be made for production. In this case, there are many things that need to be done.
First, prepare the materials. Generally, we will check if fabric suppliers have the fabric we needed. If there is no supplier available, then will need their help to produce some fabric that meet the requirements. If it is a machine-made product, at least one roll of fabric is required so that it can be placed in the machine. If it is a handmade product, then the required fabric is relatively less, as long as enough cutting is enough. It takes about 2-5 days to prepare the fabric.
Second, arrange production. For machine-made products, will need to open a machine specially, and do debugging before production. For hand-made products the fabric are cut by workers to the appropriate size and style, and then sewn. Production takes about 1 day.
If the sample requested by the customer needs a mold, for example, the CPE gown has a specific size, then we need to make a stainless steel mold so that we can cut out the style and size required by the customer. The cost of such a mold is about USD180, and it takes 5-7 day time production.
After the sample is done, we will measure the details, check the quality, and take pictures to send to the customer. After the customer approves, we will arrange to send it out.
