From March to April, due to the sporadic outbreak of the epidemic in some domestic areas, resulting in temporary price increases of raw materials for epidemic prevention materials and protective clothing products, individual enterprises haphazardly raised the price of work for immediate benefits, disorderly raised the price of work to get more workers, damaging the interests of peers and disrupting the normal order of production and operation. It directly led to the serious loss of workers who made foreign trade orders during this period, and seriously affected the normal production and shipment of foreign trade orders.
In order not to affect the delivery date and sales plan of our regular customers, our company can only temporarily increase the price of labor to retain workers to ensure normal production. In the case of insufficient workers on the assembly line, the overtime rate was increased to ensure the production schedule. During this difficult time, fortunately our customers gave full understanding and most of the orders were completed as scheduled. For some special materials, we were unable to supply in time due to the recent priority of domestic epidemic prevention material supply by raw material suppliers in our province, so we also quickly contacted our partner suppliers outside the province to purchase special raw materials at high prices.
Our production and sales teams are always actively cooperating with each other to solve problems at any time, which is why we can become a trusted supplier to foreign customers.
While most workers were only willing to do orders for disposable coverall with blue tape due to high labor costs, we were able to retain workers at the same labor cost and complete orders for the normal style disposable protective coveralls for our American customers. Although this order did not make any profit for us, we have gained the trust and recognition of our customers, and we will always consider our customers and keep our promises at all times.
On the day we finished the production, we immediately arranged the quality inspection, and after the quality inspection was qualified, we quickly arranged the booking and overnight loading of the container, and timely arranged the earliest shipping schedule for the customer. We hope our customers can feel our efforts and sincerity after receiving the goods.
The container contained a total of nearly 67 CBM of cargo, which included five different sizes of disposable protective coveralls, disposable shoe covers and disposable face masks. At the request of the customer, we maximized the space of this 40HQ container and packed as much cargo as possible. This also helps the customer to save more transportation cost.
